Technik Intensivkurs

Intensive technique work on slalom courses – with a maximum of 4 participants per instructor and video analysis.

During the Kayak Technique Training, you will learn essential techniques for whitewater paddling, focusing on every detail. We will analyze, discuss, and practice various movements from both whitewater and slalom sports together. Most of our time will be spent on slalom courses, where we conduct exercises using gates and other obstacles.

After a theoretical review of basic techniques and an overview of key terminology, we get started! We'll gradually increase the demands and difficulty of the exercises, beginning with the absolute fundamentals of technique. This course will guide you from simple exercises to very complex movements.

To maximize your learning success, we limit the number of participants to a maximum of four per kayak instructor, with continual video analysis throughout. Prerequisite: F2 level or higher.
